ABOUT FUJITA
Japan originated with myths and has persisted as a single nation for nearly 2000 years. Blessed with abundant nature, it is also prone to frequent natural disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, and river floods. The modern era saw Japan shattered by World War II, becoming one of the world's poorest countries, yet it astonishingly recovered to amaze the world. This inn was constructed in the early 1900s and underwent several renovations during the Showa era. Nearby, there was an elementary school, and many students used to pass by and head to school. Though not a comfortable home by today's standards, it may offer a glimpse into the bygone days of Japan.
